What this means

A company payment is based on completed booked guard slots.

Completed guard-hours are calculated per shift and per booked slot.

Payment can be paid weekly or monthly after the active payment cycle closes.

Disputed, cancelled, or unresolved slots may be held until review.

Total completed guard-hours: 80
Average rate: GBP 16/hr

Cycle earnings before any adjustments: 80 x GBP 16 = GBP 1,280.
